Good Location. Uber and Careem are the best and only options for taxi utilization.

Some rooms to the left most side of the hotel are very noisy due to the installation of AC outers. Recommend do not accept.

Bad receptionist attitude, bad plumbing maintenance.

the receptionist who checked us in was extremely unprofessional with a scruffy frowning look on his face and very unwelcoming!! I asked him for a coffeeshop he said he doesn’t know, while two days later I learned that it is on the 6th floor of the SAME building. Very annoying!!! we also had to change four apartments to find one with HOT water!! Most shoer floors were leaking.The lady receptionist on the phone said she can’t believe there’s no hot water in the bathrooms while the bellman was actually with us looking for different apartments.

Outdated furniture, not clean as cockroaches were roaming in kitchen area, doors without knob nor handles, lack of general maintenance of the apartment, i will not even think to go back to this hotel

The reception was cooperative and the locations good and clear, the apartment is big and clean.

The reception called me a-lot for check out and they didn’t coordinate with each other for check out agreement time they wake me up many time. The wall paint is old. And the towel is not available you need to request it.

Good

Spacious and comfortable for a group of family or friends. There is kitchen, microwave, big refrigerator and other utensils you can use for cooking. It's great also for the long term staying. But little bit far from middle city of Jeddah. many restaurant also near to Hotel that actually you can just go by walking

The toilet is clean, but the thing is it flat and there is nothing at the door that can prevent water from going out from the toilet. One of the toilet also have leaking at the shower, and we ask for the staff to repair it but according to him they cannot repair it unless we check out and repair it after that. And one more thing, during check in we ask for one extra bed and willing to pay if there is any extra charge but the receptionist tell us no need as they will give it for free. That was great to hear BUT after we came back from outside and ask for the extra bed, until 3am no one send it. Call the receptionist 3 times, until that 3rd times I said Khalas no need to give if u you all don't want to give. I am really Mad because I'm waiting until 3am to receive it after that toilet problem .

Very friendly, helpful - large room, clean facilities - would reccomend!!

I contacted the property to say I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning. They immediately responded and told me I could have a check out until 5pm in the afternoon - that was really appreciated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was massive - with a sitting area and kitchen facility. Good wifi. It is only 15 minutes from the airport. Outside are a KFC and Krispy Kreme - that worked for a coffee in the morning.

Only two small things could help improve. They responded to say they do not arrange transfers from the airport. Which meant picking up a taxi myself and I was ripped off and paid almost four times the going rate. Not the hotel's fault of course. And I was not given a wifi code on arrival. Minor, minor point - but makes things a little easier in settling in. BUT overall I was very happy and would stay here again if I flew into Jeddah and needed a place by the airport.

A nice luxurious apartment with great facilities.

Excellent place to stay. The apartment was spacious, had 2 en suite rooms and extra toilet. Lounge was spacious and kitchen was clean. We were provided with a microwave and fridge.

Plumbing needs to be looked at. Toilet didn't flush properly (poor suction). Toilet door can lock from the inside.

I like the location close from restaurant and the sea. the apartment is wide and have all the facilities to make the stay comfort.

it needs maintenance as some of the lights are not working, the seating in the hall little dirty, the shower very narrow and better to have welcoming water bottels in the rooms and coffee and tea
